A born and raised Texan, Andre began his career in the culinary field immediately following high school, (Le Cordon Bleu Austin Graduate) eventually working his way up in some of Austin’s most notable restaurants, including Jeffrey’s, Intero and Barley Swine.
Andre fell in love with, and is heavily influenced by Texas local fare and regional, home style traditions.
Andre’s cooking style is unique in that his dishes bridge elevated, intentional cuisine with familiar flavors and comforts.
