It brings me immense joy to share my passion for food with others. Through my experience cooking professionally, I gradually fell in love with more personalized and delicately curated dining experiences.

I find myself constantly changing and experimenting with my techniques, trying to improve and grow as a chef all the time. From challenging myself to recreate iconic dishes to align with dietary restrictions, to developing sustainable techniques that add complex flavors to rudimentary ingredients.
